Location: Liverpool, Merseyside.
Salary: Competitive.
Contract: Part time, 15 hours per week.
The ACC Liverpool Group operates the city's waterfront event campus - the interconnected M&S Bank Arena, ACC Liverpool and Exhibition Centre Liverpool - as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter. Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool, we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, from shows and conventions, business gatherings to showcase exhibitions, developing our offer over the last decade to that of a world-class provider of venue and event services.
The successful candidate will become a valuable member of the team, providing administration support to the Partnerships and Hospitality Sales Department, specifically the Hospitality areas which include VIP Boxes and the VIP Lounge as well as Commercial Advertising.
The ideal applicant will have excellent IT Skills and an administration background with a proven ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
Strong communication skills, a pro-active, organised approach to work and good attention to detail are essential for success in this role. An understanding of the events industry is also desirable.
