An exciting part time office assistant opportunity has arisen in an reputable company based in Farnham.
With a range of duties to undertake, your day to day tasks will include:
* Ensure the provision of administrative support to the Managing Director
* Meet and Greet all clients coming into the showroom and offer refreshments
* Support the design and sales function of the company
* Ensure diaries are regularly updated.
* Maintain stock of up to date leaflets, brochures and price
* Check Approve invoices, checking against orders for accuracy and liaise with suppliers to remedy any problems
* Input and retrieve data from the database to ensure information is accessible.
* Ensure all telephone enquiries from clients and suppliers are dealt with efficiently and with courtesy.
* Maintain effective internal and external communication including email and circulation of mail.
Hours are 9:30am-2:30pm, 5 days a week.
Experience using Sage Line 50 is essential.
Free parking on site.
