Job Title: Mechanical Engineering Teacher

The College, accredited by the British Council for teaching English as a foreign language in the UK, is a specialist language college, established in 1989. They are continuously expanding to provide relevant courses to an ever-evolving world. As well as English language programmes, they have recently added further and higher education courses to their repertoire.

They are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivational teachers to teach international students on their further and higher education programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

Their courses in Mechanical Engineering are delivered at levels 3, 4 and 5. Teachers will be involved in preparing and delivering lessons according to course specifications as well as assignment preparation, marking and internal verification.

Key Requirements:

The successful applicant should be a creative individual with the ability to deliver practical and theoretical elements in an interesting and memorable way to engage and inspire students.

Essential

Candidates should have a relevant degree and teaching qualificationPreferable

2 years of industry and / or teaching experience is preferable
Experience using AutoCAD is also advantageousFurther information to be supplied in the job specification at interview stage.

Successful candidates will be expected to undergo a DBS check, provide 2 appropriate references and satisfy a 6 month probationary period.
