Front of House Administrator
We are looking for an immediately available Front of House Administrator to join our City Centre based client on a temp to perm part time basis working Monday to Friday 11am to 4:45pm.
Front of House Administrator Responsibilities:
* Warmly meet and greet any visitors or customers to the office
* Deliver effective administration support to anyone who needs it
* Answer any inbound calls to the switchboard in an efficient professional manner
* Admin duties to include filing, scanning, photocopying and dealing with post
* Typing of letters, minutes and notes
* Diary Management and booking meeting rooms
* Responsible for petty cash and replenishment of office stock
* Utilise Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint to produce reports and spreadsheets
* Updating client data on the in-house database
Front of House Administrator Profile:
* Must be IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Packages
* Flexible to occasionally cover at the Lichfield site when needed
* Smartly presented with an approachable attitude
* Ability to use own initiative when required
* Own transport preferred
