The role

• Full or Part time hours
• Primary Care desirable; open to secondary scare
• Great work life balance; opens clinics 1 in 4 Saturday mornings
• Reviewing discharge documents and updating medication.
• Medication review clinics (face to face or telephone).
• Medication queries.
• Manage day to day prescription workflow.
