Hours 37.5- 7am-2.30pm, 2-9.30pm, Nights 9pm-7am.
Must be willing to complete Level 2 or 3 in Social Care.

We are working closely with a National charity who are looking for outstanding individuals to join the team as a Support Worker in Doncaster, various locations available.

Duties-
To actively support person centred planning with each individual, support plans meet individual needs.
To actively support each individual to manage health needs e.g administration of medication, attendance to appointments, supporting dietary needs.
Develop an understanding of each persons communication needs and styles.
Willing to take an active role in the spiritual and cultural needs of the people they support.
General housekeeping duties, making meals, and cleaning the house.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills and basic IT skills.
