Creative Recruitment Consultant - Full OR Part time - Work from Home

OTE £45,000 - £60,000 year one

Who are we?

We're a specialist marketing recruitment agency made up of an outgoing, friendly team of ten people based in a converted barn in Bucks.

Our office is open plan with a "flat structure" with no egos - everyone here supports each other. We are a sociable bunch and there are monthly meals and regular team events, Tog Golf, Escape Rooms, Horse Racing etc. We have been working with marketing, advertising, PR and design agencies since 2001 and our clients love us. We are looking for an EXPERIENCED CREATIVE RECRUITER to join us on a full or part time basis and we're happy to set you up from home if Bucks is not commutable for you.

We supply every consultant with access to LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, Broadbean and every relevant job board + laptop, mobile phone and as much support as is required to perform the job to an exceptional standard.

You'll need;

At least 12 months experience recruiting for the creative sector
Enthusiasm & ability to work in an autonomous environment
Tenacity
Experience of writing punchy, attention grabbing short copy
An analytical mind
Experience of using a CRM system
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Reporting experience (able to quickly demonstrate productivity)What's in it for you?
