WAREHOUSE COLLEAGUE ROLES AT THE MODERN DISTRIBUTION CENTRE IN ISLIP (Near Kettering, Corby)

We are recruiting for FIXED EARLY SHIFT, FIXED LATE SHIFT, ROTATING DAY shift NIGHT shift and PART TIME AM and PM shifts!

PAY RATES FIRST 6 MONTHS SERVICE
£8.70 p/h ROTATION/FIXED and PART TIME
£11.30 p/h ROTATION/FIXED O/T (paid after 37.5 hours)
£11.30p/h NIGHTS
£14.69p/h NIGHTS O/T (paid after 37.5hours)

PAY RATES AFTER 6 MONTHS SERVICE
£9.32 p/h ROTATION/FIXED and PART TIME
£12.12 p/h ROTATION/FIXED O/T (paid after 37.5 hours)
£12.12 p/h NIGHTS
£15.75p/h NIGHTS O/T (paid after 37.5hours)

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
*Fixed early - 06:00-14:00 Mainly Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday shift
*Fixed late - 14:00-22:00 Monday to Friday with one or two Sunday shifts during peak.
*Rotating days – 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 one week mornings, one week afternoons (usually Mon-Fri and will include one weekend shift approx once every 3 weeks)
*Part time - 09:00-14:00, 14:00-19:00 and 17:00-22:00 Monday to Friday (early part time shift has 1 Saturday shift approx every 6 weeks)
*Nights - 22:00-06:00 Mon-Fri then Sun-Thurs pattern, rotating every 4 weeks

Fixed shift and part time shift rotas are currently available until January 2020!

ABOUT THE ROLE :
Working in a modern warehouse environment. Pick is using voice headsets. Good understanding of English is necessary to be successful in the role.
*Picking Fashion Items to be distributed to Stores
*Goods On Hangers - Picking Goods on Hangers in an automated area (wear trainers not safety boots!)
*Use of MHE & LLOPs (after training and being signed off to use)
*Goods in - unloading containers
