Position: Full - Time - Temporary Contract
Starting: Week Commencing 4th and 11th November 2019
Customer Service Advisor – The Role:
You’ll be working at Echo-U customer contact centre, on an inbound campaign helping customers on behalf of DPD, the UK’s leading Parcel Courier Company during it’s most exciting time of the year, Christmas!
By joining Echo-U now, you’ll play a key role in delivering a great experience for DPD customers on the run up to Christmas and beyond, by offering them advice on their deliveries to tracking their parcels. You’ll be fully trained by our amazing team at Echo-U, so you can confidently help DPD customers have a happy festive season.
Customer Service Advisor - What are we looking for?
We’re recruiting Part-time and Full-time customer service professionals who have previous experience of dealing with customers. You’ll be confident holding conversations, curious to understand situations, a great listener and be able to move a conversation forward. You’ll be a team player who is excited about the opportunity of working on behalf of a leading brand and being their customer’s first point of contact via telephone.
You don’t need to have previous office or contact centre experience. We’ll provide you with a full and supportive training programme and oversee you glide into the role confidently.
What makes a great Customer Service Advisor?
To be successful as a Customer Service Advisor, you will have a passion for delivering great customer experiences and understand the importance of the customer to our business. You’ll have a natural ability to explain information clearly and simply using your excellent communication and listening skills.
A great Customer Service Advisor is able to use their personality to build a fantastic rapport with the customer and at the same time, be able to listen to their needs and deliver the customer experience they deserve. Good computer skills and attention to detail are essential in our fast-paced environment.
