Client Details

The client is a large growing engineering company, looking to add an interim part time receptionist for a 4 month contract. The working hours are 8.30 -2.30 Monday - Friday.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Interim part time Receptionist are:

Meeting and greeting clients.
Booking meetings.
Arranging couriers.
Keeping the reception area tidy.
Answering and forwarding phone calls.
Screening phone calls.
Sorting and distributing post.
Management of office equipment.
Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment.
Handling external or internal communication or management systems.
Organising, arranging and coordinating meetings.Profile
