The College is situated in Ewell, close to Epsom in Surrey, and is located in the green belt near Epsom Downs and can easily be accessed either by car (junctions 8-10 on the M25) or rail (Ewell West is close and the college is next to Ewell East where you can get regular direct trains to Clapham Junction and Victoria).  The College was last inspected in February 2016 retaining its overall grading of ‘Good’ under the robust new Ofsted standards. We are currently recruiting to the following position:  Partnership Administrator up to £20,782 p.a. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced partnership administrator to join the busy team in Employer Services Department. Your main duties will be communicating with sub-contractors and external partnership, checking and sending enrolment forms to CIS timely, recording starts achievements accurately and on programme maintenance, i.e. monitoring and tracking, chase reviews/registers/achievement. Maintenance of learner files/electronic files, reports and data are essential to the post along with regular audits of learner files. From time to time you would be required to attend and take minutes of sub-contractor and partnership meetings. Liaison with other departments, finance and customer information is essential. Experience of working in a busy office environment, speed, accuracy and attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and teamwork are essential to this post.
