On behalf of our client we are looking to recruit a Part Time Customer Service Advisor.

The Role

To provide professional reception services along with exceptional customer services skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Greeting visitors

* Answering queries, taking calls and messages

* Screening phone calls

* Keeping the reception area tidy and presentable

* Looking after ‘visitor’ book and security passes

* Receipt of courier parcels

Essential skills/knowledge/experience

* Confident and friendly manner

* Good verbal , written and organisation skills

* Efficient and well organised

* Confident with IT and office equipment

* Good administrative skills
