Customer Service (Part-Time)

My client, based in Stonehouse within a new and modern facility, is looking for a part-time customer service advisor to join their growing and expanding company to work 3 days a week. It is essential that the right candidate is extremely personable and a strong people person. This is a very varied role for somebody with a passion and enthusiasm to succeed and progress within a company.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with customers face to face, over the telephone and via email
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Selling products in store
• Working as a team to achieve targets
• Entering customer information onto the database
• Developing experience of stock control and merchandise management
• General housekeeping

About You

• Experience within a face-to-face customer service environment
• Experience of selling products
• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
