Job Description
Glasgow City Council is seeking to recruit Support for Learning Workers for placement within Sandwood Primary. The post will be 21.5 hours term time.
The salary for this post 21.5 hours term time is £9,545 per annum. The Support for Learning Worker plays a key role in providing support and assistance to children and young people with additional support needs to access the curriculum.
The main duties and responsibilities include the provision of care and support to children whilst building positive working relationships and promoting positive behaviour.
This position also includes the provision of support with the supervision and administration of medication and intimate personal care.

Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme will be essential on taking up appointment. Please note successful candidates for the above position will be required to pay for their PVG Membership/or Scheme Checks.
