Term Time Only Student Progress Coach

Art & Design and Performing Arts (inc Hair & Media Make Up courses) based areas

£15,433 - £17,731 p.a. (actual salary)

For full time 38 weeks per year

Full time or Part time positions available

Working with a caseload of students you will deliver tutorials and support to students along with effective pastoral and academic target setting and reviews. You will get to know your students, what motivates them to achieve and identifying with them the strategies they will need in order to maximise their potential.

This is an opportunity to work with and inspire young people to help them become qualified in the occupation of their choice and to develop the personal and academic skills they need to progress or to get a job.

You should have experience of working with young people, be confident in delivering to groups of students as well as working on a 1 to 1 basis. In addition, you should have excellent organisational and motivational skills and be able to work as part of a team to help young people to attend, enjoy and achieve.

The College has excellent transport links and is set in a location convenient to London and the South East and offers a large free on-site car park.
