Our client, an established family business is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, hardworking and motivated Administrator / Account Admin. Reporting to the Managing Director, duties will include day to day management of the admin function. In addition, you will provide bookkeeping support to the accounts team so some experience within finance would be a distinct advantage.

Duties to include

Posting supplier invoices
Raising customer invoices
Raising sales and purchase orders
Credit control
Reconciling the bank
Email marketing campaigns
Booking transport jobs,
Liaising with clients over the phone and email
Processing the sales teams orders amongst other tasks.

The client will look at part time or full time hours

You will have experience within a busy and dynamic office environment ideally 2 years. You will possess excellent communication and IT skills together with strong organisational skills and have a high attention to detail. Advanced Excel skills are desired.
