Human Resources (HR) Officer
Part time (20 hours per week) Monday to Friday
Salary: CRGS Grade 5/6 (point 6-19) depending on experience
£19,171 to £24,799 pro rata
Actual salary £9,908 - £11,769
Term Time only plus two weeks during the summer holiday
We are looking to appoint an experienced and innovative HR Officer to start as soon as possible. This is a newly created post and requires candidates to demonstrate a strong understanding of current employment law, HR policies and procedures, along with the ability to apply this on a practical level.
Working with the Bursar, the successful candidate will be responsible for the continued development of the HR functions within the school, promoting an efficient and effective framework of best practice.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
