Connaught Resourcing are interested to hear from NHS 111 Pathways Trained Call Handlers / Health Advisors who are looking for ongoing agency work. This role will suit someone who is looking for flexible work, perhaps to top up a permanent role, or someone who is interested in full time agency work.

About the role:
Our client is based in Southall and and they are looking to increase their pool of agency staff due to an uplift in call volumes.
There are a range of hours available from part time to 50+ hours, our client is particularly interested to hear from candidates who have availability in the evenings and over the weekend, although the call centre is open 24 hours per day.
All candidates will be required to complete a local induction prior to booking shifts.
To be considered for this role you will need to fulfil the following criteria:
* You are currently working on the 111 service in the role of Call Handler / Health Advisor, or have done so within the last six months
* You must be trained up to the latest version of Pathways
