Operations Administrator (part-time) – up to £10,500 DOE + Benefits – Rochdale, UK
Saturday, Sunday, Monday 8.30am – 5.30pm 24 hours per week
The Role
An exciting role has opened up for a part-time Operations Administrator working from our office in Rochdale. You will be assisting the existing team with the effective administration of the Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career with a company that has a proven track record of developing staff.
The key responsibilities of an Operations Administrator include, but are not limited to:
* Working through daily activity reports, such as incidents, site and camera issues
* Communicating to customers any feedback found from the daily activity reports
* Creating Anti-Theft Reports from incidents on the daily activity report and issues incoming from customers, including any investigations, downloading footage and screenshots
* Writing ISS & Operations Heartbeat Reports (twice daily) and checking camera issues
* Assisting with day to day support and operations administration
* Providing the Sales and Operations team with ongoing support and advice to ensure all customer expectations are met
* Ensuring regular reboots to the fleet of monitored towers; and ensuring a regular program of tower checks
* Providing occasional Bank Holiday support on a rota basis
