This is a flexible working hours role, at least 3 days and up to 5 days per week. There is flexibility to work from home too, although some office time and very occasional client visits will be required too.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You’ll be responsible for a team of three Client Service Stars – junior accounts staff based both at our office in Leeds, and from home.
  • Trouble shooting issues the Client Service Stars encounter.
  • Ensuring Client Service Stars achieve performance levels.
  • Quality checking Xero accounts for completeness and accuracy.
  • Holding Zoom and telephone calls with clients, reviewing management reports.
  • Occasional client site visits.
  • Preparation of year end accounts.

Key Skills:

  • You’re a qualified accountant (a given)
  • With knowledge of Xero and Receipt Bank (we can teach you this)
  • The capability to price work effectively (we can teach you this)
  • And you’re a great communicator (you already have this)
