Sales Executive - Land Rover - Flexible Working Available
About the role
Guy Salmon Land Rover Northampton has a fantastic opportunity available for an excellent individual to join us as a Sales Executive.
As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will look forward to interacting with customers in the showroom and deliver a great customer experience, ensuring that their needs are understood. You will make recommendations on products that meet their requirements and guide them through the sales process, providing advice and assistance with any queries they may have.
Sytner Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
Land Rover have many exciting opportunities coming up with an amazing level of interest for the new Defender which is launching soon and relocating to a brand new, purpose built state-of-the-art showroom, in late 2020. This new site will cover nearly 11 acres and will increase enquiries and footfall.
Don't worry, if you do not have previous automotive experience, we want applications from individuals who have experience in a sales, service or retail background that can demonstrate the following:
- Passionate in delivering exceptional levels of customer service
- Take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face
- Focused and highly motivated
- Team player
- Keen eye for detail
- Great at building rapport and qualifying your customers
- Well organised
- Comfortable at negotiations and know when to finalise a sale
- Proven sales track record constantly hitting or over-achieving targets
- Great knowledge of the current brand you represent and eager to learn about our fantastic Land Rover brand
Training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses run by Jaguar Land Rover to support your career. A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit.
