Role Overview

An exciting opportunity exists for a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator to join our busy Fleet team at Amey, based out of our lively Matchworks office in Liverpool. This role will provide pivotal support to the Supply Chain Manager.

Within the Fleet team you will work to ensure each contract at Amey has the vehicle resource required to ensure we continue to deliver excellent service every day. From standard cars to specialist gritters and waste collection lorries no day or requirement will be the same, and you will be able to see the positive impact your work has across the whole of the Amey business!

Responsibilities

As Supply Chain Co-Ordinator working directly with the Supply Chain Manager, you will assist with the following tasks:

You will also be required to attend and support on working group meetings, alongside members of the HSEQ and Operations teams to improve and design vehicle specifications for various Amey contracts.

What are we looking for?

This role of Supply Chain Co-Ordinator would suit a proactive individual who thrives on a busy and varied workload. You should be able to demonstrate strong administrative skills as well as a working knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft suite applications. Any experience within a fleet function would be beneficial. Fundamentally this role requires a hand on, can do approach, as well as a motivation for personal and team success in an occasionally demanding environment.
