REQUIRED - Finance administrator for a growing Pan European Seafood Importer

General overview

We are a small European importer of  premium seafood from around the world. Our customer base is wide and stretches right across  Europe and varies from small distributors to larger retailers. 

We are looking for a remote (home-based) part-time finance administrator for 12 hours/week to provide support to our finance manager. The role is initially offered on a 3 month rolling contract basis with potential to go permanent in the future. 

We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, who works quickly under pressure. Xero experience is essential so that you can hit the ground running. You will have a lot of autonomy, so it is important that you are an excellent communicator and can work effectively with remote teams.

Job responsibilities

  1. Dealing with all expenses
  2. Managing the purchase ledger
  3. Supplier statement reconciliation
  4. Intrastat and EC sales reporting
  5. Ad hoc finance assistance
