Position Summary

The Digital Ad Ops Coordinator will support the various advertising needs of multiple sales teams across EMEA & APAC. The candidate will be responsible for managing and launching new ad campaigns across a growing portfolio of websites, maximizing revenue and ensuring we are successfully delivering to a high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Develop unrivalled knowledge of our services and offerings
  • Support the ad serving needs of key local sales teams in addition to; creative trafficking, forecasting, performance, reporting and troubleshooting
  • Review all proposed contracts, enter flight data into system and confirm with ad-sales
  • QA ads on supported browsers and ensure they load correctly and click through is functional
  • Create screenshots of all assets on the site once they have been uploaded and set live for final verification
  • Ensure all campaigns fulfill contract requirements
  • Communicate and understand industry trends
  • Support international programmatic efforts as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in the media industry or online advertising environment. We are also open to considering numerate and technically graduates (from any degree discipline), with a keen interest in media and advertising
  • Freewheel or equivalent ad server experience (Ad Manager 360, OpenX, etc.)
  • Some working knowledge of basic front-end technical languages: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Detail orientated with an analytical mindset
  • Must have the ability to correspond via email professionally and communicate with colleagues and clients
  • Comfortable working with collaboration systems such as Slack, Confluence
  • Demonstratable experience working in an adops environment
  • Experience with debugging/troubleshooting tech issues is advantageous
