PART TIME FLEET ADMINISTRATOR - 4 HOURS PER DAY

A large industrial company based in the Castleford area are looking for a Fleet Administrator to join the team on a short term contract until March 2020

Your new role
You will be joining a team of people as a Fleet Administrator on a part time basis - 5 days a week.
Your main duties will include:

• Arranging hire cars as required
• Reserving pool cars for depots
• Issue documentation to drivers relating to vehicles they are driving
• Updating fuel cards
• Logging mileage
• maintaining details of all fleet cars

The Fleet Administrator role will be a part time vacancy working across 5 days.
Hours will be EITHER 12.30 - 16.30 OR 13 - 17.00

Salary would be full time equivalent £20,500

What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience of working within a busy environment and being able to manage your time well as they are looking for this role to be on a part time basis.

You must be competent on using Microsoft office packages including excel and word
