  • Using Sage accounting software / Xero cloud software (full training given) to manage supplier invoices and raise customer invoices.
  • Checking, inputting and reconciling the various business bank accounts.
  • Working with the finance manager to prepare VAT declarations, payroll procedures and all-round commercial duties.
  • Updating our order and booking system to keep things ship-shape, solving problems, and work fast and accurately.
