The Commercial Division of SF Group are currently recruiting for a Part Time (25 hours) Customer Service Administrator based in South Leicester. This opportunity is available immediately with interviews happening this week and for the right candidate is paying £8.50ph. This role is due to be required for 3 months although could be extended.

The duties of the Customer Service Administrator are:

- Document Management - Ensure that all auditable paperwork is accurately scanned, indexed into an in-house database, filed and archived in accordance with procedures in a timely manner.
- Assist with answering telephones to ensure excellent customer service response times.
- Ensure departmental diaries are updated and shared on a weekly basis.
- Input customer orders into the ERP order entry system from the order entry form provided by the Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).
- Make amendments (CTOs) to customer orders in the ERP system as requested and approved by customers or operations teams.
- Updating orders with confirmed dates as received from planning team.
- Writing up customer orders from PO onto order entry forms.
- Running daily reports

To be successful as the Customer Service Administrator you will have:

- Previous experience within a similar role
- Great knowledge of MS Packages
- Worked on an ERP system previously such as SAP
- Be able to work within a team and also alone
- Excellent communicate skills
