We are looking for a part-time TA to join a special school for children not attending school due to a medical reason. The role involves supporting secondary age pupils in core subjects. You must have an interest in and sensitivity to the needs of young people. In addition, empathy for life with medical conditions including. 80% of pupils have a mental health condition and all will require emotional support, so a good understanding of mental health is essential. You must be able to travel, since pupils can be based across Lincolnshire, including home settings, although the role is based from Louth and the majority of the needs will be on site.
