Marketing Manager Up to £35,000 Part-time options considered Cheltenham A leading independent business operating in the private health sector is looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to develop their growing business. With plans for further expansion of their network they are looking for a Marketing Manager to assume responsibility for their marketing and outreach. The Marketing Manager is a brand-new position within the team. The ideal candidate will be able to devise a dynamic marketing strategy that is flexible to meet the changing needs of the business, in addition to the daily implementation of tasks. The marketing strategy should meet the needs of the current business size as well as being capable to scale up as the company grows, both organically and through acquisition.  As the Marketing Manager you will be central to the development of the business and the role will involve considerable strategic development and planning. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all central and regional marketing, advertising and promotional activities across all centres Conduct market research to determine market position and changes in behaviour from competitors Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products/services Think differently in terms of creative, key messaging and channels to provide stand out in a crowded market place Expand and develop engagement on social media platforms Continuously monitor and review marketing plans alongside appointment and sales data to ensure plans continue to meet required business levels Develop a deep understanding of the characteristics of each of the company’s centres and devise different strategies that will increase footfall in each Determine and manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity within agreed budget Work with Accounts, report on return on investment and key performance metrics for each of the centres Create marketing presentations to deliver to teams throughout the business Work with the manufacturer marketing teams to ensure the latest information is being shared Work with key suppliers to deliver digital elements of the marketing plan Maintain changes on the company website Skills/ Experience: A Business or Marketing-related degree/ equivalent professional qualification Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies across all disciplines Technical, hands on marketing skills Relevant product and industry knowledge desirable but not essential Digital marketing awareness Excellent written and verbal communication skills Efficient organisation and planning Strategic thinking Problem analysis and problem-solving Adaptable, creative and good at decision-making The ability to adapt and work with a range of personalities If you require any further information please contact Sue Waters on (phone number removed) GB Marketing is your specialist in Marketing and Agency recruitment.
