Your new company
Hays Social Care are currently working with the very best care providers across Gloucestershire, in areas such as Stroud, Thornbury, Yate and Cirencester. I am looking for experienced support workers to join my team to work in either residential or supported living services, to provide support for people with complex and challenging behaviours associated with learning disabilities, mental health illness, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, dementia care and autism.

Your new role
As a support worker you will be assisting vulnerable individuals with personal and practical care, medications, daily activities, trips out, socialising, accessing the community, and leading a more fulfilled and independent life. I can offer either full or part time hours, in a flexible working pattern to suit your lifestyle and commitments. I will offer you consistent work in a variety of fantastic settings, so you decide when you work, and how much you work.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience working with people with complex needs, ideally hold an NVQ level two or equivalent, it would also be beneficial if you held a full driving licence (although this is not essential).

What you'll get in return
