Our service team in Camberley, Surrey is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Support Worker to join them on a part-time permanent basis due to an expansion of the team.

Your role will be to provide support to people with a learning disability across our registered residential service. This will include intimate personal care and daily duties include assisting with cooking, cleaning, shopping and days out.

This is a challenging role but very rewarding for the right person.

The shift times vary and are planned on a rota basis. Shifts are planned over 7 days and can include weekends and public holidays. Sleep-in shifts can also be a requirement subject to service needs, however an additional payment will be made for these shifts.

A full driving license is desirable but not essential.

You will need to be a positive and proactive natural enabler who is committed and passionate about changing the lives of people with a learning disability. Experience within the care sector is an advantage but not a necessity as we look for people with transferable skills and who demonstrate our Mencap values.
