The feeling of knowing you have a made difference is like no other, and you could share that feeling every day.

As this gentleman’s Support Worker, you will play a key role in maximising his rehabilitation. You will assist him with personal care, washing, dressing, driving to physio appointments and to social activities. He has a keen interest in sport and enjoys going fishing and to the local shopping centre. You will work closely with the Case Manager to understand the client’s challenging behaviours and the best practice to manage these behaviours.
