As we continue our growth we are looking to add a Receptionist / Administrator to ensure first-class service to our customers as well as acting as an integral support mechanism to our staff across a variety of areas.

Position: Receptionist / Administrator
Location: Cobalt Business Park, Newcastle
Job type: Part Time, Permanent (AM one week, PM the next)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 (pro-rata)

About the role:

Receptionist / Administrator with a ‘can do’ attitude who is willing to ‘muck in’ and work closely with those in the administration team. This is a varied role which will require the need to be involved in many administrative areas within the business.

Responsibilities:

- Dealing with incoming calls and looking after visitors, providing refreshments as required.
- Providing high levels of administrative support to all areas of the business.
- General office administration and purchasing duties.
- To ensure compliance is met within the organisation: accurate maintenance of documentation in line with data protection and confidentiality, overseeing maintenance of office equipment, and managing recycling within the company.
- Any other ad hoc duties when requested.

About you:

- Customer service experience, preferably though working in a reception and / or administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy.
- A strong focus on customer service.
- Effective time-management, organisational and multitasking skills.
