Job Title: Nurse Unit Manager - Nursing Home with Amazing Benefits
Location: Blyth
Position: Unit Manager
Care Categories: Elderly Nursing, Nursing Dementia, Palliative / End of Life Care
Flexible Shifts: Days shifts or Night shifts or a mixture of both
Salary: £16.50 / £32,175 per annum (based on 37.5 hours) + excellent benefits
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time or Part time hours depending on preference (2, 3 or 4 shifts a week options available)

NURSING HOME DETAILS: An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join a beautiful nursing home based in the Blyth area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading private healthcare organisation in one of their lovely nursing homes as a Unit Manager. Staff morale at the home is very high and the team are passionate about the high quality of care that they provide to each and every resident. The service provides person centred care to elderly residents, including care for residents with Dementia and End of Life Care. The Home Manager is looking for the enthusiastic, hard-working and caring Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work alongside them and the existing team of professional and experienced nurses and support staff managing one of the homes Nursing Units.
The Nursing Home has a very positive and supportive work environment with a brilliant long-standing team. The have a very low staff turnover and staff morale is very high and the team. The home has a good reputation for the high quality care that they provide.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. The service welcomes applications from Adult Nurses, Mental Health Nurses and Learning Disability Nurses as full training and support will be given. Applications from experienced managers and also nurses looking for that next step up in their career will be considered for this role as full management training and support is offered with your own designated mentor for up to 12 weeks.
