Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant role in Milton Keynes to support a pupil with Autism. The teacher will be required to work on a part time basis for mornings only. The school are fully committed to developing each child’s unique potential within a secure, safe, caring and supportive environment. Following the school’s continued development; they are looking for a strong teaching assistant that has experience working with challenging behaviour. You will need to be hard-working, dedicated and driven to help the children achieve the results necessary to succeed. The role; -          Specialist Teaching Assistant -          Immediate start -          Part time, with an opportunity to go full time -          £9.50 or above Essential qualifications and traits; -          Professional or personal experience of SEN -          Flexible and adaptable approach to work -          Dedicated and committed to making a real change in young people’s lives. -            Desired traits;   -          Are confident and are able to make professional and friendly working relationships with the pupils, their families and staff -          Be organised, patient and confident -          Be able to use effective communication Teaching Personnel is committed to safe guarding and promoting the welfare of children.
