Our client is looking to add to a Part-time Accounts assistant (20 hours per week) due to an internal restructure. You will be working within a small friendly team providing financial support to their several entities under the Group. You will be based in their beautiful Group Head Office which is based near Liphook, Hampshire.

As the Accounts Assistant you will:
* Operate and manage purchase and sales ledgers
* Posting payments and receipts.
* Bank reconciliation’s and monitoring cash reserves
* Monitoring and chasing late payments
* Assist Auditors in providing information for annual accounts
* Processing statutory payments to HMRC
* Supporting Operations Managers as required
* Carrying out Office administrative duties
The successful Accounts Assistant will have:
* Experience working in a similar role
* Experience of IT accounting packages essential, Xero and Quickbooks desktop desirable
* Experience of CIS desirable

* Hours of work: 20 hours per week, Flexibility on days, ideally looking for 12:30 to 16:30 Mon-Fri
