You’ll join Program Fusion, which is reimagining the way Macquarie’s Financial Management Group work by implementing Oracle Fusion to replace the existing core financial platform (PeopleSoft v8.8).

Objectives of the program are to:

  • e​​​​​​stablish a future proof platform
  • reduce risk
  • elevate automation and efficiency capability
  • provide better data, information and visibility
  • enhance user experience through intuitive tools and processes.

Program Fusion will deliver functionality and new ways of working through two releases. The first release will deliver Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets in early 2020.

As our Executive, you’ll engage with stakeholders across the Financial Management Group and other parts of the EMEA business that are impacted by the program. You will undertake assessments to identify and quantify the level of change, devise and recommend activities to address the change impacts identified and deliver these activities. In addition, you will support the global program team as required to ensure that the Program achieves its objectives.

To be successful you will partner with the EMEA stakeholders to help them understand the changes coming and what that means for them, you will work closely with the EMEA Project & Change Lead to address the needs of the EMEA stakeholders and highlight in a timely manner any risks and issues you identify that may threaten the region’s readiness for the Program Fusion go-live.

You will have experience within a similar financial institution, ideally having worked within or with finance, tax or regulatory teams/projects. Ideally, you will have some experience with change implementation and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes. You will have strong communication skills and confidence in leading workshops and meetings with senior stakeholders.
