Part Time Marketing Administrator - Health & Beauty Product Manufacturer
Basingstoke | £23,500 + annual performance bonus + benefits + flexi time working (pro-rata)
6 Month Contract (Perm Possibility) - Part Time 30 hours per week
Who we are:
We specialise in own label and exclusive brand development in the health and beauty category in UK and northern Europe.
The Marketing Administrator role:
Reporting to and working closely with the Senior Product/Account Manager within a small, friendly, supportive team.
Main Responsibilities include:
+ Keep weekly reports up to date
+ Proactively and accurately complete internal and customer paperwork
+ Weekly stock reporting and basic analysis, discussing any issues with the manager
+ Day to day with communication with customer
+ Develop relationships as a key point of contact with colleagues at our parent company in Germany
+ Inputting data accurately and efficiently, using SAP system
+ Assisting with customer presentations
+ Managing straightforward critical paths
+ Sourcing packaging
+ Proofreading artwork for sign off
+ Documenting and organising product samples for customers
+ Any other ad-hoc duties required as directed by line manager
Marketing Administrator required role competencies:
+ Several years’ experience in an administrative role
+ Resourceful individual who relishes finding solutions to challenges and adopting a flexible approach
+ High level of accuracy and attention to detail
+ Ability to plan, prioritise, organise and multitask
+ Good communication skills both verbal and written
+ Process-orientated
+ Strong Excel skills
+ Experience using SAP systems preferred but not essential as training will be given
+ Enthusiastic and proactive, with a desire to be part of a small team
+ Mature outlook, friendly and enthusiastic
+ Full UK driving licence with use of car and willingness to travel overseas to Europe on occasion when required
