Our client based in Midlothian is currently looking for an Office Administrator to join their team. This is a part-time position (Monday - Thursday) , paying £10 per hour to start as soon as possible until Tuesday 24th December 2019.
You will be responsible for processing paperwork, working across in-house systems (as well as Word and Excel), data entry, speaking to customers over the phone and other general administrative duties.
We are seeking a reliable and well-organised candidate with the ability to multitask and work to deadlines, who has excellent attention to detail with a positive pro-active attitude and a willingness to learn. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
