Office Angels are delighted to be recruiting for a Part Time Legal PA for a well established law firm based in Bristol City Centre.

The role is beginning immediately and we are looking for a Legal PA on a temporary basis for 12-18 weeks. The role is working up to 30 hours a week and previous experience working in the Legal sector and familiar with working in an extremely fast paced environment is essential.

The hours are flexible but must be up to 30 hours a week and the pay rate is between £13 - 14 per hour dependent on experience.

Main duties:

Audio typing
Minute taking
Answering phones
Working closely with the partners and supporting them in an administrative capacity
Booking travel and accommodation for partners
General administration; filing, scanning, data entry
Processing client invoices
Welcoming clients into the offices as required

MUST have recent audio typing and minute taking experience
