My client a leading business within the Chemical industry, currently looking to recruit a Contracts and Training Administrator to support them with an influx of work. Based in Ellesmere Port with excellent transport links this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for an immediate contract for 3 months.
This role will be part-time, my client are flexible on hours and days working / Ideally wanting 21-30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining online and in-person training database
Assigning online training and certifications to employees and third party representatives
Arranging in-person Legal Compliance training sessions
Chasing outstanding training ensuring all is completed
Maintaining data in relation to third party representatives and recording details
Running reports for contracts due to expire and arranging for renewal agreements
Other administrative support to the Compliance team including travel arrangements etc.Key Skills or Experience:
Experience in maintaining data with high levels of accuracy and using several databases
Great interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Previous experience within a regulated environment is highly desirable but not essentialPLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately due to the volume of applications being received we can only respond to those offering the relevant experience as outlined in the advertisement.
