We are seeking experienced and non experienced full and part time Support Workers for our care facilitiy in Hampshire.

Full time hours are 38 per week. Part time is 19 hours per week.

Outline

Our Outreach facility is so much fun! We support adults of various ages here (18 to 65 years young) who all thoroughly enjoy a mixture of exciting activities such as dancing, bike rides, bingo, friendship groups, football and much more! Everyone loves to get involved and share ideas so any new, fun and creative sugggestions will always be very welcomed. We mainly support with the everyday including personal care. You're support will be needed in both their own homes as well as the supported living service.

The shifts will be on a rota basis covering days, evening and weekends with no sleeps-ins.

About you

Firstly, you don’t need experience to become a Support Worker but it’s not easy. The work can be demanding and challenging at times but no 2 days are the same and the reward of seeing YOUR personal impact is incredibly inspiring and it’s something you’ll never forget.

As long as you have the passion and drive to want to make a real difference, we’ll teach you the rest. With your key attributes and our training, together we can deliver the best possible support.

You will need to have a drivers licence with your own transport and be covered for business use

Training and benefits
