Are you looking to leave the hospitality or retail industry, or perhaps you already have office experience but have an interest in property?   Our client, a successful, vibrant and independent property company in Bristol are seeking a Property Administrator to help them out within their rental department. They are seeking a candidate for a minimum of 3-4 months and are also happy to consider permanent candidates. This is ideally a full-time position, however part-time hours (e.g. school hours) will also be considered for the right candidate. Hours: Full time ideally (part time hours will also be considered) Contract: Contract or permanent   Salary: Up to £20,000k Location: Bristol Start Date: ASAP Duties Include: Accurately updating the company portal with tenancy details such as names and contact details Responding to phone and email enquiries regarding tenancy applications General administration to support the wider team Skills Required: Good attention to detail/accurate Customer service experience Quick learner who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Personable and approachable Hard-working and reliable We are seeking a candidate with high attention to detail and a strong customer service approach. No office experience is necessary, so if you are looking to leave the hospitality or retail industry this may be the perfect role for you – full training provided
