JOB TITLE: Accounts Payable Administrator

We currently have some unique and exciting opportunities within Southampton University Hospitals which will allow the successful candidates to gain regular shifts and valuable experience within a variety of unique environments.

Band 3 - Examples

Day rate - £9.62ph

Night rate - £12.99ph

BH rate - £16.36ph

This is role is 37.5hrs per week (Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm) initially until March 2020

Job Responsibilities:

Take responsibility ensuring that invoices are appropriately actioned
Forward to Correct person/department and details action needed to resolve any issues causing non-payment
Liaise with suppliers to ensure good relationships and that urgent deliveries are fulfilled
Scan Payables invoices into Finance system
Review and Manage payables invoices through to availability to payIn order to apply for a post you must:

Must have experience with Payables (use of Oracle desirable)
Be able to work within a hospital environment
Have good communication skills and demonstrate evidence of team working
