Customer Service Administrator-Evenings
-IMMEDIATE START
-£8.50-£9 per hour
-Cheltenham
-Full time & part time available
-Varied shifts 12-8pm shifts, 2-8pm, 4pm-8pm, 6-8pm etc
I’m recruiting for a number of customer service administrators to work within a fun, friendly and supportive team on a long term temporary assignment to assist with the busy Christmas period. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer service adviser to have consistent work within a well-regarded organisation. This would suit a school leaver or graduate with good customer service skills.
The ideal applicant will have the following skills:
-Have proven customer service experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail
-Good IT skills with the ability to pick up systems quickly
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
-Be able to use own initiative
-Enthusiasm to take ownership over additional projects
-Be available from November-January
