Support Worker - Community (Outreach)
Hours: Full and Part-Time contracts available, flexibility is required.
Wage: £8.65 to £9.15 per hour

Our client specialises in providing person-centred support to adults living with Learning Difficulties. Many of the people we support also have additional complex needs including mental health, behaviours that challenge, Autism or Physical Disabilities.
Who are we looking for?
We’re on the lookout for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and can think on their feet. You will be supporting our clients in their own homes, so will often be lone working. You will be providing the support needed for our clients to remain in their own homes & keep their independence.
Day-to-day, you will be helping clients with their daily chores, ie: cooking, cleaning, dealing with finances, assisting with medication and accompanying them into the community for social outings.
As this is a community role, you will be required to Support our Amazing Clients in the areas of M19, M14, M22 & M23.
