GUARANTEED WORK SCHEME FOR COVER SUPERVISORS**
**FULL TIME AND PART TIME HOURS AVAILABLE WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO EARN UP TO £1400 A MONTH**
**WORKING AT A LARGE SECONDARY SCHOOL ON THE SHEFFIELD AND ROTHERHAM BORDER WITH STATE OF THE ART FACILTIIES**
Duties of a Cover Supervisor:
Cover whole classes in the absence of the Teacher, delivering a pre-planned lesson ensuring all work is completed to a good standard.
Responding to any queries from pupils and offering good direction and support.
Ensuring school rules are followed in and out of the class by delivering strong and effective behaviour management techniques
Monitor progress of pupils and report back to subject teacher or Head of Department
Teaching Personnel are the agreed sole provider for a large Secondary School between Sheffield and Rotherham and due to this require a team of Cover Supervisors for the upcoming academic year to assist across the school covering lessons in the absence of a class teacher.
As the sole provider to this large Secondary School Teaching Personnel are looking for experienced Teachers or Cover Supervisors or Instructors that meet the following criteria:
Available at least 3 days per week Monday to Friday
Available from 08:30 - 15:30
Have taught or supported within a Secondary School previously or have previous experience working with young people aged 11-18
Have their own transport
We are able to offer Guaranteed Work to those Teachers, Cover Supervisors and Instructors that are successful and meet our GWS criteria.
Teaching Personnel welcome applications from anybody with previous experience working in a secondary school, or anybody who has relevant transferable experience, such as in a role supporting or caring for young or vulnerable people. We also want to hear from you if you are a recent graduate considering a future in teaching and wish to gain more experience in a secondary school environment before enrolling on a PGCE course or similar Teacher Training Programme.
