Part-time Administrator required for a well-established Cheltenham based company.
Job Title: Administrator (part-time)
Location: Cheltenham
Salary: Up to £20k p/a pro-rata neg.
Hours of Work: 16 hours per week over 4 days
Lovely opportunity to join a small, very friendly team based in Cheltenham, in a part-time administrative role. This is a very varied role requiring the successful candidate to carry out a range of administrative tasks including document production and formatting, invoice production, credit control, diary management, facilities management, filing, collating management information for reports, tracking and checking of processes and other ad-hoc duties.
The successful candidate will possess strong organisational skills combined with confident IT skills. You'll have previous experience of carrying out a variety of administrative duties and will enjoying working in a process-driven environment.
Essential Skills:
Previous administration experience
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
Confident IT skills including MS Office.
Previous experience / exposure to Apple products helpful
Strong keyboard skills with excellent attention to detail
Diary management experience
Previous experience of preparing reports / tender documents helpful
Exposure to project management methodologies helpful
