Our client, a national supplier of fresh produce to the catering industry are looking for a part-time Commercial Solicitor to join their legal team.

Work within the Legal Department, supporting the In-House Solicitor;
Analyse Terms & Conditions and Agreements from suppliers/customers whilst being sure to identify problems, discrepancies, etc;
Complete legal work consistent with an in-house counsel legal team;
Travel to other depots within the UK and provide legal support;
Perform ad-hoc tasks as per Director request, e.g. Companies House filings, record minutes of meetings, etc.What do you require to apply?

At least 2 years PQE in Commercial Law;
The ability to draft and negotiate contracts;
Qualified in English Law;
Strong communication skills, with the ability to deal with people at all levels;
A good understanding of confidentiality and data protection;
Must be fully au fait with Microsoft Word;
Good eye for detail, conscientous and hard-working.The successful applicant will be required to work 3 days a week and can be based in Bolton or one of the other depots around the UK (depending on experience)
