Job title: Personal Assistant
Salary: circa £40k pa pro rata
Location: Battersea

Our well established client is looking for a dynamic, personable, experienced Personal Assistant to support a Director and their team on a part time basis.
You will be providing excellent administrative support to one Director and their direct reports, supporting them and their wider team to be as effective and efficient as possible. You will also be assisting with the applicable international functional forums and conferences

Your Key Duties and Responsibilities will include:
* To provide full secretarial support to the Director and leadership team, including Director's diary management and extensive worldwide travel management, including booking of flights, venues, accommodation, transfers, itineraries
* To ensure the effective organisation and management of all applicable functional forums whether in UK or overseas (from delegate travel and venue hire to gifting and entertainment)
* Responsible for the co-ordination and pulling together of materials/presentations to take to Director Board meetings
* To ensure all expenses and invoices are accounted for and authorised accurately and on time
* Carrying out other tasks and projects across the team, as requested
* Constantly looking to improve processes and procedures
* To liaise with internal and external contacts as required
* To welcome visitors, book meeting rooms and to liaise on meeting requirements
* To work as a team with the other PAs, to create an efficient, inclusive and collaborative environment across the two offices
* Onboarding new members of the team and looking after arrangements for leavers
* Managing and maintaining a team holiday and travel calendar

Skills and Experience Required:
* Previous PA and/or Office Manager experience
* Be adaptable and flexible
* Advanced IT skills - full use of Microsoft office suite plus ability to manage simple sharing platforms
* Ability to respond assertively when required
* Able to deal with confidential information in a professional, discrete and trustworthy manner
* Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise is essential, and comfortable working alone occasionally when the team are travelling
* Natural team worker and personable, with great relationship building skills
* Good communication, written and telephone skills essential
* To be an excellent ambassador for the brand and actively demonstrate and encourage the company's values
* Strong organisational skills
* Prepared to travel intermittently to organise and support global meetings.
